Hello everyone,
If you're experiencing an issue when installing or launching Alienware Command Center and see the following error message: "Something went wrong. System still booting up. Not to worry! Wait a few minutes and try again."
This issue can be resolved by updating SupportAssist on your system to version 4.8.2 or later.
How to Update SupportAssist:
Option 1: Automatic Update
Option 2: Manual Download
SupportAssist for Home PCs
After updating, try launching Alienware Command Center again. The issue should be resolved.
If you continue to experience problems, we recommend contacting technical support by clicking “Get Help Now” at the bottom right corner of this page.
