Good afternoon, I participate in the creation of a TOS70>January 10, 20222 requesting replacement of a Dell P2219H branded monitor, TOS70>, TOS70>

On February 21, the work in progress was terminated, stating that the technician arrived, but he was not at the place determined in the call.

 

A second contact attempt was made on March 8, 2022 with  , where they presented the same information that the technician was on site, we contacted via chat support to see the technician's location and there was a contact via telephone rescheduling the visit for the present date, March 11, 2022, where he again did not attend the place.
