SupportAssist won't install and I can't see any manual driver downloads

XPS 15 9560
Hi,
I reimaged a 9560 with Windows 10. Everything updated fine. I installed DCU and that had no problems. I then connected a TB16 dock and got a prompt that I needed to update the Thunderbolt software. DCU didn't find any extra updates so I want to dell.com/support. It wanted to install SA so it could scan my computer.
When I tried to install SA, it said it couldn't find the internet and I should check my proxy. I'm at home and don't use a proxy. The same computer let me download SA but just not install it. I'm posting from the same laptop right now.
Anyway, I then went to the Driver page where I would normally see the drivers listed so I could just pick the ones I wanted. That entire section of the page is missing. I can't just pick the driver by hand because they aren't there.

If you have uninstalled SupportAssist (SA) as I have, then you can click on the only option to let Dell automatically find updates for you. It will check for SA, find it is not installed, and offer to install it. When I click to Cancel the installation, the "View List of Drivers" appears for me.
I hope that it will work for you. Have a great day.

I too have noticed that the drivers are not always listed to be selected in the last month or so. I uninstalled both SA and Dell Update. Too many problems with the software. My "solution" is to navigate around the Dell site, returning to the Drivers page repeatedly and refreshing the page (F5). Eventually, after a few tries, the list of drivers for my 8930 appear. It appears to be a glitch in the Dell Support Site. Persistence pays off for me.
Good luck. Have a great day.

Phil
