Right arrow key problem

I bought this XPS 13 9305 laptop last year, and my right arrow key stopped working after a few months.

It works if I use an onscreen virtual keyboard, I tried all troubleshooting tips -

1. F2 BIOS - keyboard was fine, no problem detected

2. Troubleshoot keyboard - no problem detected

3. Checked Scroll lock settings

I've seen few other users reporting the same problem. Is there a fix for this problem?

After searching on google quite a bit, I finally found a solution.

1. press shift+ rt arrow. it will highlight text but cursor will move right now (which was not earlier)

2. mouse click. it stops highlighting text

3. now, just press rt arrow. cursor moves right

If the virtual keyboard works then try an external USB keyboard. If that works as well then the laptop keyboard will need to be replaced. That part can be found at Parts-People here.
