DELL XPS 13 9310 3 Orange and 6 white stuck at DELL LOGO

Hello everybody

I recently just got a Problem with my DELL XPS 9310.

When I press the power button to turn it on, it will turn on and will become stuck at the dell logo.
After that 3 orange and 6 white blinking lights follow. I also cannot seem to access the BIOS Menu.

Here are the things i have already tried:

- Pressing F12, ESC + CTRL etc. when powering on to access the BIOS Menu.

- Removed the battery and held the power button for 30 seconds

I would like to send it to dell under warranty, but I just realized the warranty expired JUST 2 WEEKS AGO.
The problem could not come at a worse time.

I just hope somebody could help. I am just a student and can't getting a new laptop would be very expensive for me.
