6th repair, unprofessional Technical Support

Service request was created on 29 Apr due to screen issue. Your technician had taken 6 times of repair and the motherboard had replaced 3 times. Sadly, each repair will create another hardware problems.

For the last two telephone request, your Technical Support said Bluetooth card is not on motherboard. Your another Technical Support said my Bluetooth issue was due to my aging mouse. In fact, your site technician had used three different Bluetooth devices to test, which are bought within two (earbuds) and six months (mouse).

I had questioned your Technical Support on whether it is the last repair, but your staff cannot guarantee it at all, even they cannot tell me your company’s expected repair service level.

I am disappointed with your Technical Support staff and level of repair service. Your Technical Support cannot help me at all. Any other channel can help me?

You system is from Hong Kong and you must continue to work with Dell in that region to resolve the issue.

I tried this before and your staff asked me to contact Hong Kong Technical Support directly. Upto now, Hong Kong Technical Support cannot resolve this issue.

Technical support had called me on last Friday (16/12) and said will reply to me by this Tue (20/12). But no one call back till now. My repair has outstanding for 238 days. Will you company fix it or ignore my case?

Sadly, the 7th repair fixed the bluetooth issue, but the screen issue come back again.
