2014 xps 15 9350 probleme

When I first buy this pc, it appears that it was working fine but the battery wasn't charging, but after some weeks, it starts getting so slow, I thought that it's because of windows 10 but it was same with windows 8, and when I say slow I mean can't even run Microsoft office 2010 correctly, I tried to check pc motherboard, but it appears fine, the battery wasn't dead, and DC transistors wasn't burned، but I noticed that when I removed and returned the battery and turned on the pc, it suddenly say a power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined even if had a 130w dell charger, and because of that the pc performance is getting worse, I wanna know every solution I can do so I can continue use this pc without buy another, Thanks.
