XPS 8930, view driver updates
I think this is just specific to searching for manual updates for the 8930. When I go to support and click drivers and downloads I only see check for updates with support assist. I tried it on my XPS 8930 and also went and tried to check for 8930 updates with a Dell laptop (sorry don't know model) which does not have support assist installed, and all I see is the button to check with support assist.
I thought it was a chrome issue, but I can type in XPS 8940, XPS 8950 and see the drop down to view drivers for those pc's.
I am also not able to see the drop down for the 8930 using Firefox. Only the button to check with support assist.
However if I go on the site using Edge and search for XPS 8930, I see both check with support assist and the manual drop down.
Anybody else seeing this?

After trying a third pc and being able to see the drop down, plus the Professors post that he could see it, I tried disabling extensions, logging out on google chrome, deleting cookies for Dell.com.
What finally worked was deleting all the cookies, cache, browsing history for all time on Google Chrome. This fixed it for Chrome. Should fix for Firefox too, but I don't really want to clear everything on it and only used it to test a different browser on the site.

@tolduso - When things like that happen, it's a good time to run ccleaner (free) which will delete all the junk browsers leave behind, even if you clear their cookies and cache from within each browser, itself.
Nice thing is ccleaner clears everything (cookies, cache, leftovers) for all browsers at same time when you include them in ccleaner's options settings.
