ThinOS Activation License

I've been getting an error message on my endpoints saying, "Login is denied (ThinOS activation license is not available, ask your WMS Admin to import the required TAL licenses)" Which I was led to believe that this was for WMS Professional version, but we are using WMS Standard. It is also only after I update the Wyse 3040 Thin Client to 9.5.1076 that this error is displayed on a few of them. We are using WMS version 4.4.211, any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

In that case you will need to purchase a TAL and apply it using WMS Pro.

Was the device originally sold with ThinOS or converted to ThinOS?  PM me the service tag and I will look it up for you.

@DELL-Scott H​ The devices were not originally sold with ThinOS, I had to convert them to it.
