WMS Renew Standard Licence
The original WMS version was 4.4.1. Since the license was about to expire, I clicked "Copy" on the WMS On-Premise Renewal Identifier and submitted a request. However, I didn’t receive any email with the new license key. So, I upgraded WMS to version 5.0 and used the WMS On-Premise Identifier to submit a new license key request. But it showed the message: "Your standard license key has already been created and sent to the latest email address you provided." Now I haven’t received the email and also can’t submit a new request. What should I do in this situation? Please help, thank you.

All problems are solved after upgrading to WMS 5.2...

Hi,
I'm having the exact same issue with renewal of standard license. I do not receive the renewal key via email and it is not in any spam folder.
Kindly assist.
