Unable to save WMS config

Hello!

This is an issue that just suddenly popped up and I'm unable to find a cause or solution!  For some reason, any time I try to update and save a group config in WMS, it fails with an error message of "Value of parameter: BackgroundInfoSubTab is not one of its possible values."  I cannot find this parameter anywhere, and I don't even see any information on Dell's support sites about what could be causing this issues.  I even opened up a group config, and tried to Save & Publish without making any changes and I still recieve this message.

Any help or insight is appreciated...

Thanks,

-=Justin=-

It is a corrupt section in the policy.

Make note of your settings

Go section by section, reset the sections policy and try to save and publish until you narrow it down

@DELL-Scott H That was it.  It took quite a while of trial & error to find it.  Seems like using the automatic conversion of ThinOS v9.x policies to v10.x can casue this, which just makes this all even more frustrating...

On to the next problem.

Glad to hear you got through this.

The conversion engine is a major improvement on manually re-creating policies when we moved from 8 to 9, but there is still room for improvement.

My guess is it brought over a VNC or admin password that did not meet complexity requirements in a 10 policy?
