Windows 11 Download Tool, no SSD driver

Good Day,

I have a number of Inspiron 7706 units and I would like to use the Windows 11 Download Tool to install a clean version of Windows.

When I boot off the USB it says it cannot find a hard disk and asks me for the device driver to continue.

In searching the Support site I can only find packaged drivers (.exes that simply launch without interaction). Can someone point me to a driver I can save to the USB so the device drivers can be manually loaded?
