Windows 10 apps startup with blue screen with logo

ok, general google searches confuse my using of "blue screen" to mean the BSOD.

I'm not talking about that.

I want to revert back to the old times that you just waited for a Windows app to just open, without this blue screen with logo nonsense. I tried to call it a shade, but i'm not sure that is the right term.

1: what is the correct way to ask this question, and

2: is there a way to turn it off? Thank you.

Thank you! We have received the required details. We will work towards a resolution. In the meantime, you may also receive assistance or suggestions from the community members.

What you are describing is how Microsoft wants Windows 10 apps to function. This is normal.
