Trouble Installing Tax Software from H&R Block
I have an OptiPlex 5070. I'm using Dissenter browser. I attempted to download H&R Block tax software. It got hung up (stalled) and I tried to stop the download process. I called H&R Block for assistance and they sent me another link to download. I followed all instructions but it did the same thing as the first time. I am a novice at computers. I need help knowing how to determine if both programs are trying to upload simultaneously. It seems that they are due to the error messages I've received. I took screenshots of the last time I tried to install. Please help. Thanks.

Dissenter browser isnt going to work because it doesnt allow tracing cookies for pay for service software Like H&R tax software.
Dell doesn't support either.

Just curious, did you ever try to download the software using another browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge? It is possible the problem lies in the way that your browser handles downloads from a secure source.

I have the H&R Block tax software. Downloaded with Edge browser and no problems.

I also can't install HR Block tax software and I am using Microsoft edge. HR Block support has been supposedly researching my problem since mid March and have not been successful in finding a resolution. I had to use another win11pc (HP} which installed with no problems. Has anyone using a Dell solved this problem?
