Option 1 : Reboot to BIOS and change sata mode to AHCI

Option 2 : Download required drivers from support site and extract them to USB drive (same USB which has window on it) in a new folder. On the No driver found screen you can choose Load drivers.

Assuming you saw the media driver required error try this YouTube video for the information you are probably looking for. And this video is newer and has more up to date links for the Intel RST driver.

Hello,

I have tried all the solutions and still isn't working.

The solutions from the videos in this chat don't show any drivers. When I press 'Hide drivers that aren't compatible with this computer's hardware' it shows a list but none of them work.

I have extracted the intel RST driver 'Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Driver-and-Application' from <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> and it shows to drivers but none of them work 'No new devices drivers were found ...'

What should I do?
