Intel Optane(tm) Memory Pinning - can not load the file / library DLL 'iaStorAfsServiceApi.dll'

I receive the following system message (Dell XPS 15 9570, the latest Windows 10):

Intel Optane(tm) Memory Pinning : can not load the file DLL ´iaStorAfsServiceApi.dll´ : Can not find the specified module. ( Exception HRESULT : 0x8007007E).

Did Dell find out any solution to this problem other than completely removing Intel Optane Pinning Explorer Extensions software, which is not a solution, because it makes it impossible to use this useful function, which speeds up the whole system?

Is it possible to use the Intel Optane software (which comes with the latest Windows 10 update) on my relatively new Dell XPS 9570 laptop?
