Inspiron 15 3580 frozen screen, not able to access safe mode

Hi,

My Inspiron 15 3580 screen froze on black/white Dell circle screen. I tried to power off & restart. Blue screen pops up. Searched for solution & found support online.  

I followed steps...

Blue screen “Automatic Repair”

Tried to restart, then clicked on “Advanced Options” - Troubleshoot- Advanced Options- Start Up Settings- Restart- request for BitLocker & entered BitLocker - Enter- Startup Settings-4

This takes me to my login page (my picture & name) & asks for Password.

*I only remember my 4-digit pin (not my admin password, so I can’t go any further. I know my Microsoft & Dell passwords but entering them doesn’t work. (There is no “forgot password” option.)

Im not able to restart in safe mode. 

Pretty sure there was a sad face with SA phrase... pls direct me to correct board if incorrectly posting.
