How can we obtain a bootable Windows 7 Pro 64 bit disk?

We have a T3500 that is out of warranty so those routes don't work. The interactive guide sends you to Microsoft who tell you it's an OEM PRoduct Key so go back to Dell, all we want to do is create a bootable Windows 7 Pro 64 bit disk so we can reload Windows on our Presicion T3500.

Help ?

Windows 7 has reached End of OEM sales so my guess is OEMs such as Dell have limited support options with regards to shipping out Physical Installation Media.

Anyway the Installation Media can be Downloaded from Microsoft with some tricks see here:

I want to say you will need to contact Dell Support and purchase backup media (if still possible/available). Another option is to try this link and enter your Service Tag, and while I think this might only be for Windows 8 and 10 I feel it is worth a shot just to see if you get lucky. A last option might be to look to a third party vendor, unfortunately I wish I had more options to offer but we're pretty limited on Win 7 support.

Let me know if you have any luck with the link provided.

Best regards,

Brad
