Grahpic setting set to 3 by default in wow and successful application reconfiguration hundreds a day

No idea what graphic setting 3 in wow means, but the reconfiguration is for office 16 which has nothing to do with wow.

someone could please give some insight on this i have 600 reconfigurations in 3 days. ty in advance
