Dell Update Stuck at Downloading

I am running the Dell Update utility after a system restore. The utility is stuck at "downloading updates" even though (according to the downloaded and total size underneath) it has completed downloading. It never gets to installation phase. Selecting only one update at a time worked for most items, but for the remainder, the issue persists. Please help.
