Crackling sound on Bluetooth earbuds (Windows 11)

Hello, I'm facing with a problem of crackling sound on Bluetooth earphones. It's only on this Dell latitude 5520 pc, on other pc Bluetooth earbuds works perfectly. What I suppose to do to fix? I tried to update drivers, disable sound enchantments.
