Can't install Windows 10 on Dell Precision m6600

Hi, I have this problem that I can't solve, and that is that my bootable usb with Windows 10 its not detected no matter what I do, it just does not exists to the PC. I have made it with the media creation tool and tried to install windows multiple times but never works. More than setting "usb storange drive" at the top of the boot sequence it don't seems to be more options to change, I'm going to go crazy I swear I don't know why it doesn't work. If you have any idea on what could be happening, why the usb drive is not being detected please let me know, thank you.

NOTE: I have tried this with a SSD and a HDD, with both the same result. The usb drive its new

(sorry for the bad english)

if the bios is already set to UEFI mode with Windows Boot Manager as the boot option in boot sequence  technically if your usb windows media is uefi compliant then if you boot up with the usb stick already attached and bios does a thorough scan at start up (not minimal, it's a bios option) for devices your usb stick should be seen as a bootable option when you tap F12 option at start up to get to the boot meu.

All I can suggest is you try temporarily disabling  secure boot and retry the install.

I do not have the option to enable or disable secure boot there's no way that installing windows 10 on this machine its totally impossible right?

How do I see if my system its in UEFI mode or not?

When I choose UEFI mode as the boot option in boot sequence it shows me two options "Windows Boot Manager" and "a" should I select one of this two or it will show me my USB if its working well? thank you.

Using a bootable usb with windows 10 created with the "windows creation tool" is valid to do this?

I have experienced similar problems with the mouse, and I think that some of the usb ports on the right side of the laptop have different functions.
