I just bought a Dell laptop, due to the nature of my work, I have to use yowhatsapp a lot, but do not know if yowhatsapp can be installed on the Dell laptop? Someone please help me answer!

You can not run "APK" file on your Windows OS. Actually APK file is Linux based extension and windows can not support it
