Automatic Repair saying pc could not start correctly
The issue was very spontaneous and there was no problem preceding this incident. So i was using my Dell Inspiron-17-7783 two mornings ago (as of the timing of this post) during which i had to stop to do something and while i was gone it went to its sleep mode and shut down like normal hut when i came to boot it up again it gave the prepairing automatic repair then said that the pc did not start correctly! I tried every suggested repair out there for this even tried resetting my pc to factory default, all failing to do anything! What do i do?

There are no soft fixes for corrupted or physically bad drives.
Yuo will need to use a USB2 16 or 32 gig flash drive to create an F12 windows 10 installer for a new drive

@Boeing777-300ER
Often this is a sign of a failed hard drive.

I have found when my Inspiron 5720 gets stuck on Dell logo, if I close the laptop and open it several times Windows 10 eventually boots up. I think it's related to the fact that closing the lid puts the laptop into sleep mode (or tries to) and reinitiates something. So far, this always works.

Hello - I have the same problem I think. Bought brand new Dell XPS w/ Intel core i7. Side note - the delivery showed up 9 days late which impacted my work. When I booted it up everything seemed to be working fine. Now, two days later I tried to start it and am getting the Automatic Repair "your PC did not start correctly" prompt. It give two options, "restart" or "advanced options." Restarting just starts the same loop over again. None of the advanced options are even working, it won't allow me to restart, restore, or troubleshoot. I am pretty frustrated at this point because I really needed this for business matters a week ago - what should I do? Thank you...
