Users getting 2 Persistantly assigned VMs

We are in process of moving users from XP to Windows 7. I have a pool of Windows 7 VMs sitting waiting for users to be moved across.

I have the computer Group Client Assignment set Persistantly, and assigned to User, but i keep noticing that users are not always connecting to there own VM. So i have a handful of users with 2 VMs assigned to them. This is causing me profile issues.

Anyone else had this or any ideas why this is happening..?

Thanks

Dan

Hi Dan,

We had this a short period. Here it was the vdi that was not responding. And in the settings we have set 2 failed attemps, try an other machine.

We deleted the broken one and now it is fixed.

You can try to disable/ shutdown the other machine and see if the user gets to the other logged on VD.

An other thing that using thinshell or somilar and there are 2 remote applications, in our policy the order of processing the xml file (which includes the application) is important. .
