This issue is only with windows XP OS. on windows 7 it's working fine. Please suggest some solution

Hi Avnish,
I would suggest you raise a support case for this, we can then enable some debug flags on the connection and see exactly what is going on.
Thanks

Hi,
What version of the vWorkspace Connector is installed on the Windows XP system?
Can it connect to the Terminal Server via MS RDP connection?
Thanks,
David

Hi Avnish,
There could be a number of possible reasons why the connection fails, it would help if you could state what the error says?
It's more likely to be a configuration issue rather than anything specific to Windows XP vs. Windows 7.
Are you connecting via AppPortal or Web Access, is the connection going via Secure Gateway?
I would also check that you have specified do not use a proxy server, or provide the proxy settings if one is required.

Hi David,
Thanks for the quick reply, Actually this is just a POC so I have configured vWorkspace 8.0 Web Access without using Secure Gateway as we are testing it in Local Area Network only.
All these things are woking fine in windows 7 system.
We are not using any proxy server. The errer is saying only Could not connect.
Please revert if you need more information.
Cheers!

Can you open the vWorkspace Console, open the Web Access Site properties and under Proxy Server ensure that this is set to 'Do not use a proxy server' then apply the change and try the connection again.
What is the IP address & subnet of your Windows XP vs. Windows 7 computers?

Hi,
vWorkspace connecter version is also 8.0. I have installed the connector form the web portal of vWorkspace 8.0 on the windows XP System.
I am able to remote the Terminal server using MSTSC.
Thanks,
Avnish

Thanks for reply,
The subnet is same for both Windows XP and 7 computers.
Do Not use a proxy Server is already set in vWorkspace management console.
Thanks
