New update on Android vQuest stops the desktop appearing - any thoughts?
Any advice gratefully received.
The new vworkspace for Android was downloading on my system today, I think to fix bugs such as the keyboard not working for some android systems such as the asus TF700T, see previous question. I hope that is the case but now I obtain the following error each and every time I log on to the system. See picture below. My company uses a two point authentication (password and RSA token) to log on to our workspace so can't go direct through the 'farn' access points on vworkspace, the company just doesn't do that. Anything I can do to fix the issue? the picture may not be clear it reads ' The PIT file is invalid. Use another file or contact your administrator. OK button'.

in the upper right hand section of the main page of the connector there is a Gear icon. this will openthe settings page. at the bottom of the settings page there is an option to enable logging. as well, there is a button to email the log files. once you enable logging and reproduce the issue, you can email the log file.

Hi Gary,
