Keyboard doesn't work after deferred authentication on RDS Session Host
When logging in to RDS via web access or app portal the keyboard doesn't work after deferred authentication onto the RDS session host. Deferred authentication works fine, passes you through to the RDS host, then when trying to reset your password, the keyboard doesn't work.
Has anyone else had that..?

Options (some better than others!) are:
1. Move all Apps to MS seamless
2. Have an app called "Reset your password" (Or similar) that uses MS Seamless.then you can leave all the other apps as they are
3. Turn off Deferred authentication and set up our Password Reset service instead so people reset their password before logging in.
4. Use Full Desktop instead of seamless

Hello,
I've not seen that before.
Does that happen to all users across all devices or can you narrow it down to a certain piece of hardware (Such as a type of client machine or even a type of keyboard)
Oh, actually, maybe I've seen this once before when using a seamless app. Do you see this when launching a full desktop or is it a seamless app that you're launching ?
Thanks, Andrew.

Andrew,
Spot on..... I have just tested seamless mode settings and if I use vWorkspace seamless mode I get the issue where the keyboard doesn't work on RDS server when prompted to reset password, if I use Microsoft seamless mode it works fine.
Thanks
Dan
