I can launch a published app and rdsh desktop via WebAccess and AppPortal but cannot connect to a vdi session

I get an error that there are no vWorkspace licenses available and to contact the system administrator to resolve.  I checked and there are 10 enterprise licenses available with 68 days left.

The resolution to this issue was a stale IPV6 dns entry....  Thanks Huy!

Are any of the licenses expired? I ran into a similar issue where a trial license had expired and even though enterprise licenses were available. Removing the expired trial licenses resolved this.

Thanks Aaron!  I did check and there are no other licenses listed...only the two active ones. I did find some posts in the support que where firewall got in the way.  I have seen in the past where ipv6 got in the way...

Aaron...I was thinking about your licese comment again and thought I would apply another key in case there was a licensing issue.  Unfortunately no such luck.
