What are these default partitions used for ?

On my Vostro 5593 I can see the following default partitions and my question is, what are they used for, or, can I safely delete these partitions(except for the system and C: partitions), create a new single partition, or perhaps extending drive C. Please see screenshot below:

Disk 0:
- 150MB(EFI System Partition).
- (C:) 430.60GB NTFS OS (BitLocker Encrypted)(Boot, PageFile, CrashDump,Basic Data Partition).
- 990MB
- 13.98GB
- 1.31GB

@Cyberflake  The 990 MB partition is Windows Recovery, and that is part of any standard Windows installation, not something Dell-specific. If you delete it, Windows will recreate it during your next feature update installation. The one after that is the partition that contains your factory restore image. And the last partition is SupportAssist tools, which I believe include the application to actually restore that image and possibly grant Dell remote access to your system even when the OS isn’t bootable, but I’ve never used those tools myself.

I'll subsequently leave those partitions alone as is. Thank you.
