Vostro 3490, no free Canon printer?

Hi,

Recently , I purchased a Dell Vostro 3490 after looking the amazing price and amazing offers. while purchasing, I saw that it showed free Canon printer Worth 6500 rupees but now while redeeming the offer it's showing only around 4000 rupees.
