The Dell vostro 3560, can it receive an HDMI signal?

@LealCP  The answer above is correct.  Laptops that have HDMI inputs in order to allow this are very rare.  I have only ever seen them on very large, heavy laptops meant for gaming, and even most laptops like that still don't have that type of input.  The only option would be to purchase a USB capture device that would give you an HDMI input and plug into your system via USB.  At that point you would run a viewer application within Windows to see what the capture device was receiving.  But I have not researched capture devices in a very long time.
