This model supports only SATA - not NVMe.

You will need to return the drive and order a 2.5" SATA SSD or an M.2 SATA SSD, which is the only type of drive this system supports.

Welcome to the Dell Community @Himanshu91

Not detected in the BIOS???

Windows does not detect it as a second drive???

Not detected when trying to install a fresh copy of W10???

Can you be a little more specific.

Best regards,

U2

@ejn63

Your link takes you to the wrong support page.

Hopefully it can be edited.

This is the one for the Vostro 15 5568.
