Right-click your audio device (usually named High Definition Audio Device or a branded one like Cirrus or Realtek). Select "Uninstall device" and check "Delete the driver software for this device" if prompted. Restart your laptop to let Windows reinstall the audio driver automatically.
ELSE
Go to Dell's official support website.
Search for Vostro 3520 27H2 drivers.
Download and install the latest audio driver specific for your Windows 11 version.
@anne_droid Thank you. It worked and there is sound coming from the speakers. I follow the second option, since I had done the 1st with no success. I installed the Cirrus logic driver. Thank you.
Based on the tag your service has initiated the process for sending me new speakers. I dont think that is needed <To protect you, your private information was removed from public view. All private data was saved to your private Case. DELL-Admin>
