New Vostro 5410 CPU frequency and fan speed

Hi,

I have a Vostro 5402, I work in a very quiet room and I've turned the turbo off so the CPU (i5-1135G7, 2.6Ghz) stays at or below 1.4 Ghz, this way the fan never goes above the low speed except for a rare burst of speed for 1 or 2 seconds. The noise level suits my purposes but I wouldn't want it to be any noisier. I've tried setting the Dell power software to Quiet but that doesn't lower the CPU speed further.

That said I'm considering purchasing a Vostro 5410 which has a larger battery and the i5-11300H, considering the CPU frequency is faster at 3.1Ghz, and it also has a more than double 'Typical  TDP' at 35 watts, and I'm not sure what the CPU frequency will be when the turbo is off, I'm worried it might be too noisy or noisier that the 5402.

Does anyone know if there's something I can do, software or a setting I've missed, that will let me make the Vostro quieter or further lower the maximum CPU frequency if it's too high?

Hi dear, how are you doing?

Look, i have Vostro 5402 and i'm really disappointed, my computer always work with frequency below 1,6GHz, i've already did many tests and this processor is 1165G7, nobody said me about this problem, if i keep VGA Nvidia turn on this computer work frequency below 1Ghz, i'm so sad!

Sorry, but this computer isn't good, and after pay i'll change because doesn't worth.
