My Dell is showing 3500 on the box while on the case it mentioned 3000

I bought a new Dell Vostro 3500 laptop, here is the label on the box:-

but inside the keyboard i got this stamp which mentioned that the laptop is 3000 .. so which number represents the model 3500 or 3000

Open Admin command prompt and type

wmic bios get serialnumber

Service tag and Serial Number are the same number.

wmic computersystem get model,name,manufacturer

This will allow you to find model number

DO NOT POST THE INFORMATION HERE

My hunch is that the 3500 is the exact model number but 3000 covers a whole series of Vostros. So the keyboard is compatible with an entire series (3000) of Vostro computers.
