Vostro 260, no video
i have a dell vostro 260. i have tried 3 different motherboards, 2 cpus i5 2500 and a i3 2120. changed my psu to a shark 500 wat. i still can not get video tried 3 different monitors. tried a n6 210 gt msi gpu even tried the vga on the mother board and hdmi but still no video. any help would be appreciated

I see you are dealing with an older computer as i am. What operating system are you running? Linux I hope...
Since you have swapped motherboards, CPU's, and video cards and monitors, power supply and still have no video signal, there is not much left to check. I would suggest checking to see if the bottom of your motherboard might be grounding out near one of the points where it mounts to the computer frame, and perhaps trying a known good hdmi/yga cable. Have you checked your memory modules match and are installed in the slots?

@user_9ec570 it is not grounding out because the computer turns on everything turns on and i get a continuous amber light i have tries different cables if it is grounding out i would assume the computer would not come on all the memory is specs ddr 3 1600 the memory is new thank you for responding
