Service tag number not recognized
Trying to identify Dell laptop by service tag number or parts...support site tells me service tag number is invalid. Express service code

The private Service Tag shows the laptop as the old Inspiron 3521 (End of Life). This Inspiron 3521 shipped from Dell 12 years/4 months/14 days ago. Due to the age, the Service Tag no longer shows on the external Support page.
For drivers and manuals, you will need to use the generic Inspiron 3521 (End of Life) support page.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

I used to used an old Inspiron 3521 but retired it long ago
