GV-N1030OC-2GI is fine for MINI TOWER
No issues.
However its not ok for 260S Desktop
The low profile version works fine in MT and DT

Pascal based cards are fine
no bios issues.
Low profile is required for the 260S thats a physical size issue.
gt1030 works in most all dells from 2006 to today.

But the BIOS recognize the gpu
