VNXe3200 Upgrade failure
I have updated a vnxe3200 from version 3.1.8.9809862 to version 3.1.10.9946299.
At the end of the process the update fails with the error: UPGRADE_TASK_esrs3_migrate
Now I can't do any more operations on the machine
How can I proceed?
Can I go back?
The machine in question is out of support and used for training only
No Events found!

The problem is that I have no more support contract on this machine
I tried to move the two files as specificated in your document but are owned by root, and I'm unable to do.

I need support contract to receive this activation code?

Yes, unfortunately only phone support has access to the tool to generate the code.
