Unisphere certificate has invalid date - VNX5500
Hi all:
Since 3 days ago our access to Unisphere console it doesnt work due certificate expired.
For try to fix this issue we performance the following steps:
1* Change the time in out server between the certificate "Valid from:" and "Valid to:" time.
2* Connect to Unisphere (sysadmin user)
In this step we cannot edit SPA proprerties for set the current local time due or it seems that the block options appears disabled (. We dont understand the reason.
We restart 'management service' from http://SP_ip/setup (both) but the issue still appears.
With a local user the block options neither appears too.
Anyone known if exists some way for fix this issue?
Why our sysadmin user has a rights issue inside Unisphere?
Ohter info:
When launch this command :
NaviSECCli.exe -address [IP_Unisphere] -User [usuario] -Password [Contraseña] -Scope 0 security -SPcertificate -generate
this output :
CLI commands are not supported by the target storage system.
With IP_SP it seems that works but with IP_Unisphere appears the messange above.
Many thanks and regards.

Hi @DELL-Sam L :
Thanks for the answer and the KB
This issue has been fix.
The key was that it had generate only two certificate for SP (both) so that the block side was been ok.
It was missing generate the certificate for file side. We connect (root user) by ssh terminal to control station y we execute the following command:
/nas/sbin/nas_ca_certificate -generate
Now the Unisphere access shows all options correctly (dialog window we 'accept always' certificate).
Regards.

Hi
It is a server with EMC vnx5700 block specifications, which I suddenly lost access to Unisphere and I have no communication problems with the network check. And I only have access to the operating system of the san storage device. Please guide me.
