How to pull up past events such as drive failure
I have a VNX 5500 and several drives failed a few weeks ago, Is there a way to go into the event log and find when the drives failed and which drives they were? All I see now are events from the past few days.

On the VNX5500 unless you have cleared the log, there should be entries for at least 30 days in the logs - you just need to keep scrolling down in the Event Log and it should refresh with older logs.
You can also run the SPcollects from Unisphere - that collects logs that could go back at least 30 days and longer depending on the activity on the array.

Thanks. I had to the download and find the right file to open up. I wasn't able to see in the Event Log in Unisphere, I think too much timeframe had passed to see in the GUI. I tried going back a good ways on that but didn't see it.
