Enclosure 0 power supply A AC Fault

Hi, not sure if anyone can help.

I keep getting the below error on my Uni-sphere and not sure what the cause is. I tried looking up information online but didn't find anything. As far as I know it might be doing battery test?? I think so as the faults are always around the same time frame from week to week, which has been occurring for the past 3 weeks.

But why does it fault and show up as critical if it tested OK afterwards?

PS still learning this environment any help would be much appreciated.

Hello ..Jade..

First thing that I would do is to check to see what time your battery test is run every week.  You can do that by following the steps in this kb. https://dell.to/3FZ57tB

If it is not your battery test that is running during that time then you will want to look at the log to see what else is happening around that time on your system that would be causing power loss.

I see that the Battery test is set for Sunday at 3:00 AM, I feel kind of dumb not mentioning this to you but the one SPS (B) had faulted and the other SPS (A) is functional. We will be replacing that part in the next week. So to confirm this is the cause of the faulted SPS(B)?

Another question I wanted to ask, in the current state of this part, this SPS(B) is able to be changed out while the environment is still running or would it be advisable to a have time frame for the entire system off when the part is replaced?

Really appreciate your help.

Looks like your SPS B has something wrong. The easiest way is physical check the fault LED. Is it amber or not? If it is amber, then replace the SPS. If it is green, I think you hit the clariion bug. You need to upgade OE or reboot sp.
