Does vVNX support naviseccli commands?

I am trying to use naviseccli command to connect to a virtual VVNX appliance and list luns but i get error:

.\NaviSECCli.exe -h vnx01 -user admin -password password -scope 0 lun -list

Error returned from the target: 192.168.11.107

CLI commands are not supported by the target storage system.

I am running the command against the Managment Port IP, because the other SP IPs dont reply to ping although they are connected to same network.
