{MOVED}Google redirecting searches and anti virus program help
hello
My Dell Inspiron 15 Intel N5010 Laptop x64 system gives me trouble now. Whenever I do searches, it redirects me to virus related and spam sites. Also yesterday, I had Microsoft Security Essentials that keeps cleaning something... And after sometime it warns me that it is automatically about to restart my pc and save any work. And it automatically blacks out and restarts immediately and keeps cleaning and repeat the restart over and over again. So to avoid this annoying problem, I uninstalled Security Essentials so that it wont keep cleaning and restarting. And then I downloaded Malwarebytes Anti Malware Software and started the quick scan and keeps detecting this Trojan Dropper Bcmine thingy and it successfully quarantines and deletes it. But when I do quick scan again, it keeps detecting the trojan dropper (same thing) again and again. Is there any solution to fix my computer? I think my laptop has some virus that I need to permanently get rid of. Can someone please help me?

Hi milestone121,
Welcome to the Community.
As I see that you have used some of the known Virus removal tool and it keeps giving the same issue again, I would suggest a complete image restore would be the best option. Please back up your important data and files and you can follow the instructions below.
Remove all external peripherals.
Turn on the computer.
As the computer starts, press on the keyboard until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears on the screen.
Press the on the keyboard to select Repair Your Computer on the Advanced Boot Options menu, and then press .
Specify the language settings that you want, and then click Next.
Log in as a user who has administrative credentials, and then click OK.
From the set of options that you have please select “Dell data safe local and emergency backup”
Select the second option on the next page that says “select other system backup and more options”
Select the option “restore my computer” on the next page.
Next step Click on the “factory image” which will be mentioned in the box and proceed to next.
If you have saved all your important data you can select the second option “restore without preserving new or changed files” go to next.
Select “Yes Continue” within approximately 30 minutes the system prompts for a restart.
Please restart and complete the set up and see how it goes.
Thanks & Regards

Hi milestone121,
Welcome to the Community. You have a rather nasty rootkit.
While Dell_Swapnajan_MC's advice may fix the problem, if you revert to Dell Factory settings, BE WARNED, a factory restore will erase data stored on the C:\ drive, so make sure you have good backups of your programs, documents, music, pictures, etc. If you prefer, we may be able to remove the infection, but Dell no longer does one-on-one malware removal. If you would like to try to remove the rootkit, please post the required DDS logs on the Malware Removal Forum at SpywareHammer and have the staff trained in malware removal walk you through the diagnostic logs and a cleanup. They do not use remote access but will advise you step-by-step on what you can do. Please do not attempt to run any additional scans, install software, or use any other tools until an analyst can advise you on the next step. Please use the same username there as you have here. Help is free, but you will need to register there and follow the posting instructions. The instructions will inform you of where to download DDS and how to run a scan to post the output information.
In addition, there are other options listed at the top of the this forum. Some are free; some require a fee. Please use only one resource. It can be counter-productive to have too many people trying to help. Good luck! :emotion-1:

I'm sure DELL-Swapnajan MC will be back shortly to post his next steps.
The option that I posted above for dealing with this malware was to get help from someone trained in rootkit removal.
