Malware??

Hello, I have been fighting anmalware/spyware/virus. I say this because each time I scan and fix with either Mbam or SAS and reboot, the problem(s) recur under a different name. I have turned off system restore with no luck, I think.

This is my personal computer which  I use for work, and I do financial security systems for a living. Now I am afraid to let it connect to the internet or my network.
