Venue 8 (3840) USB keyboard

Hello!

I've just bought a case for my Venue 8 with physical keyboard attached. However, when I plug it in, it won't work - no reaction whatsoever. The keyboard is fine - I plugged it in to my Samsung Galaxy Note 3, it's something wrong with the tablet. Is there anything that can be done to make this work?

Kind regards

Hi ,

Thank you for the reply ! I have looked into the details of the system ,the only way this tablet can be connected to the system is by pairing it via Bluetooth .

Kind Regards,

Hi ,

Thank you for writing to the Dell Community Forum .

In this case to resolve the issue  I would ask you to provide some more information .May I know what kind of keyboard you are trying to connect to the tablet ,which is the operating system installed on the tablet and finally provide the service tag of the tablet via private message so that I can look into the details of the system .

Kind Regards ,

Hi Jennifer, thank you for the reply.

The model of the keyboard is: Logic LTK8 - http://www.logicconcept.eu/ltk/tablet_keyboards/products/accessories/

System installed is Android 4.4.4 with all OTA updates downloaded. I'll provide you with the service tag via PM in a couple of minutes.

Kind regards
