Please if you own a Venue 11 Pro, answer me this quick question - fans /screen related

Are there meant to be two fans in the Venue 11s? Particularly the i3/i5 models?

I noticed that I only hear one fan, coming from the right side /vent, but the other side is quiet.

Also, when I have the screen displaying something like XBMC or some type of film, there is a slight buzzing/grinding noise coming from the location of the left side vent, as if there was a fan trying to spin, but is limp or broken. If there's no fan there, then maybe that's just the sound of the screen running at high frequency - or maybe it's the wireless card?
