No sleep button/option on Venue 11 7130 running Windows 8.2 Enterprise

I just received the Venue 11 7130 and installed Windows 8.2 Enterprise but there is no option on the start metro to put the tablet to sleep. No option in the desktop view also. I have updated the device with the latest bios and also all the latest drivers. This tablet works great except for this item. I can create a task script to put it to sleep but the only option that Windows have is Hibernate the device. Can someone help!!!
