latitude 10 update to windows 10 not compatible

when I try to update to window 10 it says the Intel graphics media accelerator is not compatible.  dell's support website says the device is win 10 compatible.  the latest chipset driver from dell is loaded and I ran an Intel update program and it says I am current.

any help is appreciated.

I got it to update, this is how:

Make sure you have at least 5 gig available on the tablet.

Create a recovery drive on a USB drive and put it aside just in case.

Do a goggle search for "how to update windows 10 now". Follow the link for 32 bit link.

Have another USB drive available and when prompted create the update disc (instead of update system), make sure  to select windows pro as the version.

After the USB drive is created run the setup.exe from the usb drive.

Dell should post instructions for all of us.

There was an error on the update page.   Windows 10 is not supported on the Latitude 10.   The errant messaging should have been removed now.  Apologies for the confusion.

Will there be a way to update the tablet to Windows 10?  This would be very discouraging if I am not able to update my work tablet for better production.

Please advise if there will be a fix to this problem.
